Prince William To Marry Kate Middleton

Today saw the announcement of a wonderful thing;
A very special wedding, happening next Summer or Spring.
Kate Middleton has, at last, had the promise from her groom
That she’ll be marrying Prince William, fantastically soon!

I’m really excited about it, and that is the truth
And I can’t wait to see the ring, in the engagement photoshoot.
The sapphire worn by William’s mother, was absolutely divine
And a Royal Wedding is what we need in these challenging times.

So my congratulations go out to Prince William and Kate;
This Royal Wedding is going to prove that Britain is truly Great!
I’ll enjoy hearing about the build up to this fabulous marriage;
So here’s to the Royal Engagement, and bring out the glass carriage!
