Of emotions and of sense.

And I’m keen to let you know

And I’ll never let you go.

And while I may not shout it,
I promise that I’ll always try
To never let you doubt it.

With care and understanding.
I promise to always listen
And to not be too demanding.

And I hope you know it’s true
That when I say I love you
That I mean the whole of you.
Your character and outlook,
Your soul and your spirit.
This life is made much better
With the two of us in it.

Without any fuss or struggle,
Like slipping into a favourite chair
For a reassuring cuddle.
